Thanks Everyone!

John and I want to thank everyone for your kind emails, cards, & calls. We're sorry we haven't gotten back to everyone yet! As you can imagine, we a quite busy with the 2 (well 3 including Jackson) boys ;0) Thanks for thinking of us...we really appreciate it!

Nicholas loves his baby brother and is a great helper. He is turning 3 on Saturday...I have no idea where the time went!! Zachary has reflux like Nicholas did, so we are hoping that his medications will start helping with it soon. Other than the reflux, he is doing great! I am exhausted, so I will post some pics for you all. I'll be taking both the boys to see Santa, so check back for those pictures soon. Once we get adjusted to life with 2 kids, I will be able to work on the Blog more.

Halloween 2008

Here are some pictures from Halloween this year. Nicholas made some caramel apples with some friends. Just like his mom, he was very in to eating the goodies as he put them on his apples. He got to go Trick-or-Treating twice on Halloween! We went to John's work in the afternoon and then around our friend's neighborhood at night. Nicholas was really into Halloween and Trick-or-Treating this year. He was very hard to keep up with as he ran from house to house! I only got to go to a few houses with him and then John took him around some more.

We are now in the final countdown to baby #2's arrival!!! We have six days at the most. My C-Section is scheduled for Saturday 11/15. I am really hoping to make it that long (I know most of you are shocked to hear me say that at this point!). I was ready to have him a long time ago, but if he can hang in there until the 15th, my parents will be here to take care of Nicholas. And, my friend Nicole will be working Labor & Delivery 2 days that I am in the hospital and my friend Julia will be working in the nursery 3 nights that we are there. So, at this point, I am hoping to make it to the 15th. I had Nicholas at 36 weeks to the day, so I am experiencing the last part of the pregnancy for the first time. Let me tell ya…it is so much fun ;0) Look at the pictures below and you will need no further explanation!!

Curious Nicholas

Here are the pictures from Nicholas's Halloween photo shoot today. He is going to be Curious George (big surprise ;0)! We had Marcy as our photographer (she took Nick's pictures every month for the first year of his life) and he was really good for her. I think they turned out pretty cute :0)

Elephant Parade!

We went to the Elephant Parade with some friends today. The circus is in town, so they paraded the elephants through the Gateway. The whole parade lasted less than a minute, but the kids still liked it. It was the perfect length for the 2 years olds ;0) After the parade we went to lunch in our own stroller parade (2 doubles, 2 singles, one baby in a sling, & 2 of us are pregnant)! We met up with some more friends at lunch (1 more in a stroller & 1 walking). It was completely chaotic, but so much fun :0)
