Our little Nicholas was baptized today. My dad and John’s brother, Bill, flew in for it. My mom was not able to get off school and the tickets were way expensive for anyone else to come in. Bill is Nick’s Godfather and my friends Kristie Suchar (in the pics) and Jordan Edgley are his Godmothers. The ceremony was very nice. Nicholas was so well-behaved the whole time. There wasn’t a peep out of him. I thought for sure that he would cry when the water was put on him, but he smiled instead. After he was baptized, the congregation sang a song welcoming Nicholas and Pastor Mike carried him around the church for the congregation to meet him. It was really cute…Nick just kept smiling at the people. Lots of people came up to us after mass to tell us how beautiful Nicholas is (tell me something I don’t know…haha) and that he had smiled at them :0) We had a nice reception at our house after. Except for Nicholas outgrowing his Baptism outfit and the new one not coming in, the day went on with out any trauma. Hope you enjoy the pics!!!
